Investigate the Houses West of Camp
Go toward the two houses going southwest from the camp Sagano. Make sure that you kill all the wolves and minor yokai in this area before attempting to pick anything up or interact with anything.
You will find a corpse near the house. Examine the corpse. This will activate the next phase of the quest and provide new directions from the ghost.
Search the Frozen Village
Head northeast, and there you will find a village that is partially frozen; you will see many buildings damaged by ice, and also see a pack of wolves moving around in this area.
Head to the village’s central well and check out two corpses. After you examine the bodies, the ghost will point to the direction of a nearby temple.
Tsurara-onna Boss Fight
Travel north toward the temple on the east side of the bridge, where you will find Tsurara-onna, the ice-based yokai responsible for the tragedy. This will lead to a boss fight with her.
