Ball Guy 1 – Complete the Taxi Missions
The first Ball Guy is tied to a side quest in Circuit Arcadia.
- Head North from the central area. You’ll find a broken-down taxi.
- Talk to him to start a Taxi mission. You’ll need to ‘transport’ various passengers to their destinations around the map.
- Once you’ve completed around 10 successful trips, return to the driver. He’ll ask you to transport him. Complete this delivery, and he will give the first Ball Guy to you.
Ball Guy 2 – Fishing at Zoo
Finding the second Ball Guy requires the Fishing Rod. If you don’t have it yet, head to the beach and help the fisherman whose boat is stuck on the rocks by using Travis and Jan.
- Once you have the rod, travel to the Circuit Arcadia Zoo. Go to the southernmost exhibit.
- Start fishing at the glowing fishing spot in the water. Keep fishing until you catch the Ball guy.
Ball Guy 3 – Liquid Nights Nightclub
The final of the guy is located in Pinkline Harbor
- Go to the Liquid Nights nightclub in the south of the map.
- Once inside, approach the DJ booth to start a Dance Battle mini-game.
- If you win the Dance Battle mini-game, the DJ will give you the third and final Ball Guy.
How to Assemble the B.A.L.L. Gun
Once you have all three Ball Guys in your inventory. Follow these steps to assemble the weapon:
- Return to your Home Base.
- Locate the Box sitting on the counter near the fridge and place all three ball guys in it.
- Interact with the box once again to add the B.A.L.L. Gun to your inventory.
