MagMell Island is one of the earliest areas in Code Vein II where map visibility is restricted. Map Jammers prevent full map data from loading, making navigation difficult and progression unclear until they are destroyed. This guide lists all Map Jammer locations on MagMell Island, with clear directions to each one so you can remove them efficiently.
What to Look For?
The Map Jammers appear as A Tree with Glowing Pink Leaves. They are stationary enemies that must be destroyed to clear the map.
Location 1: Cavern Inner Chamber (Tutorial)
- You will find the first jammer in the Cavern Inner Chamber shortly after the cutscene with Valentin Voda.
- Go through the stone archway and take the lift up.
- As you exit the lift and open the door, the Map Jammer is standing directly in the middle of the main path. It is impossible to miss, as it blocks your way forward.
- Destroy the jammer to progress through the story.
Location 2: Ruins
- To find the jammer, enter the Dungeon.
- Immediately upon entering, look directly ahead from the entrance. The Map Jammer is visible on the main floor.
- You can either snipe it with the Bow, which can be found in a nearby chest, or traverse to the upper platform to reach it.
Location 3: Water Treatment Plant
- Inside the Water Treatment Plant, you will find a room filled with broken pillars.
- Follow the mini-map to progress through the plant. Look for a section without a wall at one side, the jammer is visible from that location.
- The Map Jammer is located on this lower platform. Drop down to the lower platform and destroy the jammer.
Location 4: Cliff Underground Ruins
- Go deep into the Cliff Underground Ruins and progress until you reach the area near the boss room.
- The Jammer is located near the elevator that takes you down to the boss fight.
- The path to the jammer is filled with enemies, so be careful while progressing through the Ruins.
Location 5: East Bay Underground Ruins
- In the East Bay Underground Ruins, go to the ladder near the boss room. You will find a cliff.
- Look towards the edge of the cliff right next to that ladder. You will find the map jammer overlooking the water below.
