The Bad Neighbourhood Quest
This quest starts with Radim, who stands right next to the signposts near the Abandoned Village. Walk up to him and talk with him to start the quest. Radim’s cart is broken, and he has lost all its wheels, and you need to find them. Most of the wheels are lying close by, so you won’t have to travel far.
Wheel #1
For the first wheel, head back towards the bridge and go beneath it. Follow the path and cross the wooden plank. At the end of the path, you will find the wheel near a broken abandoned building.
Wheel #2
From Radim, turn left and head towards the small river and the mountain. You need to travel through the forest until you see a cave. Move forward and on the right side you will find the cave covered with vines. Near the entrance of the cave is the second wheel.
Wheel #3
From the cave, head left again and move straight towards a small camp. There are a lot of goblins here. kill all of them and search the camp to find the third wheel near the tent. You will also find a note that lists the locations of all the wheels.
Wheel #4
The fourth wheel is given by a hermit who lives near the cemetery. To find the hermit, cross the bridge on the left and get past the abandoned village. Now, go uphill towards the Chapel cemetery. Behind the cemetery, the hermit works just near a campfire. Give him two bottles of the Rye, and he will give you the wheel.
Rewards
Once you have all the four wheels return it to Radim to complete the Bad Neighbourhood quest. You will find Radim at the same place as before, in the Abandoned Village. He will give you elegant slippers as a thank you gesture for helping him find the four lost wheels of his cart.
Bugs in the Bad Neighbourhood
You need to avoid waiting or resting till morning or night as the area can reset and the quest item can disappear. If the quest items disappear, you need to start the game from the first.
