How to Solve the Duskwood Ruins Puzzle
The Location
You will come across this puzzle in the ancient ruins of the Alfonso Estate. The marked location on the map is where you need to go.
Upon reaching the location, you will find 5 Large Pillars of different heights. You will have to arrange these pillars according to the height of the 1st Pillar. Just follow these simple steps to finish the Puzzle.
Burn the Bushes
Use your Focus Light to burn off the bushes from the Pillars and the Rotating device at the Center of the Ruins.
Align the Pillars
The Rotating Device can be turned by inserting your sword in the cavities and manually rotating it to adjust the Pillar sizes. Align them in the following order-
- Swift stab your sword in the First cavity present opposite to the face of the pillars, as shown below. Walk towards your right, Kliff’s left to align the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th Pillars up until the middle portion of the topmost cubic partition of the 1st Pillar, as shown below.
- Go towards the Second cavity on the rotating device, Swift Stab, and rotate it to the left to align the 2nd and 1st pillar to match the same level, and the 5th Pillar rises to match the 2nd and 4th, as shown below.
- Now move to the Third Cavity, now facing opposite to the Pillars, Swift Stab and rotate them to the Left as shown below. This should align all the remaining 3 Pillars at the same height as the First two Pillars.
Take the Abyss Cresset
Now that all the Pillars are of the same height, the pillars will collectively enlarge in size, and the Abyss Cresset will now materialize in front of you on the small pier as a reward for completing the Duskwood Ancient Ruins Puzzle.
