How to get inside the castle

Help out the villagers:
By following the main storyline, The First Encounter, in the Actions Speak Louder than Words quest, the location of the distressed villagers will be marked on your mini map, south of Hernand. Head over there to help out the villagers clean their chimney with a broomstick. Upon helping these villagers, they will provide you with Hernadian Attire, which you can equip on opening your Inventory or the Quick Slot Menu.

If you head to the town’s central hub in Hernand, just beside the Blacksmith’s shop, you’ll find the tailor selling Hernandian Banquet Cloak for 7.86 Silver. Check the image below to find the precise location of the Tailor’s workshop.
