While wandering through the massive map of Crimson Desert, you’ll come across numerous treasures, outfits, and weapons, but if you’re looking for something specific, like the Scorchflame Plate Armour along with the Drake Shield and the Sparda sword, well, look no further because in this guide, you will learn exactly how to get them easily!
Scorchflame Plate Armour Set Locations
The Scorchflame plate armour is subdivided into 5 parts: the Gloves, the Cloak, the Chest Plate, the Helmet, and the Boots. Here’s everything you need to do to find them-
Scorchflame Plate Gloves Location
To find the Gloves, head to the Twilight Grotto, as referred to in the given map image. Go down the valley alongside the waterfall. After you reach across the waterfall inside the grotto, you’ll find the Gloves in the treasure box.
Scorchflame Plate Cloak Location
In the same location, you’ll find the Plate Cloak. Just head outside the cave, turn left, and get into the water. Swim across until you reach the abandoned cell where you’ll fight the Grave Walker. After defeating the boss, climb over to the breakable wall, cling to it using L3, and use your force push ability to get across the secret door. Inside, you’ll find the Scorchflame Plate Cloak in the treasure box.
Embersteps Leather Boot Location
Inside the Cascade Grotto, map location given below; after you get across the waterfall using the Stab Ability, you’ll find the Embersteps Leather Boot packed in the Chest, awaiting your arrival.
Scorchfalme Plate Helmet Location
Make your way to the Stonewell Farm, near the Cascade Grotto. Here, you’ll find a small tower. Climb up the adjacent ladder and jump over to the door of the tower.
Inside, you’ll find the blazing Scorchflame Plate Helmet, ready for your ignition.
Scorchflame Plate Chest Armour
In the Golden Trading Post, look for a small wooden door. You’ll find the final piece of the blazing armour, the Scorchflame Plate Chest Armour, inside the Treasure Chest.
And that’s the whole Scorchflame Chest Armour ready to go!

Drake Shield and Sparda Sword Guide
One thing you need to keep in mind before starting on your journey to find these combat weapons is that you need to defeat Tristan, the Flame Knight, in the Flame Knight’s Castle, which can only be done after reaching Chapter 6 of the main story.
Upon defeating him, you need to clear out the Flame Knight’s Castle of enemies. After clearing out the base youll find the Drake Shield on the East Side of the base and the Sparda Sword inside the weapons rack in the middle of the castle.
Both of these items are marked on the mini map upon clearing out the Castle objective.
