Finding blueprints is one of the most important parts of surviving in Starrupture. Blueprints unlock new crafting options, letting you build stronger bases, create useful tools, and prepare you for any dangers. Since blueprints are found randomly on the map, you need to explore every area in the game. In this guide, we will tell you the best places to look so you can collect blueprints easily and progress in the game.
Where to Find Blueprints

Blueprints let you unlock new crafting recipes for base building and survival. You will find them inside blueprint chests, usually while exploring the world. As you unlock more blueprints, you will be able to build better and more advanced structures.
Blueprints are found as random loot, so there’s no fixed spot where one will always spawn. You will need to explore the open areas of the map and search different locations until you get what you need.

Here are the key locations where you can find blueprints.
- Grey Owl Outpost – Go straight from your starting path and head toward the north-west side of the map.
- Warm Dawn Outpost – This one is easy to reach, just travel east.
- Strawberry Outpost – Located southeast of the Orbital Lander, close to a Titanium deposit.
- Giant Engine – Found right in the middle of the map.
- Selenian’s Mining Base – northwest of the lander where you start the game.
- Abandoned Research Outposts – directly north of your starting ship (the Orbital Lander).
The planet is orbiting a dangerous star called Ruptura. From time to time, Ruptura erupts and burns the entire planet, instantly killing you if you’re caught outside. The only way to survive is to take cover inside a sealed building, like a Habitat. On top of that, the planet is full of alien bugs, so you will have to keep on fighting them to stay alive.
