After you help the Shai child, Rulupee, by bringing her cat (Jiji) back to her in the city of Hernand, she drops a pendant (Shai’s Pendant). A cutscene will play after you help her in which Kliff picks up the pendent.

Following the Light to Lioncrest
Once you’ve completed the Abyss Quest, a faint trail of light from the pendent will guide you to the west of Hernand to Lioncrest Watchtower.
Once you reach the watchtower be careful while entering the tower as there is a group of bandits occupying the tower.
Tips to defeat watchtower bandits :
Once you enter the tower it will trigger a fight between you and the bandits. After triggering the fight, come outside the tower as this will make the bandits come one after another to fight you ( it worked for me ).
How to clear the vines blocking WatchTower entrance?
The watchtower’s entrance is closed as it’s covered in vines. You can clear them by shooting a fire arrow on the vines. You can get the fire arrow by aiming the bow and holding the arrow on a lit spire, this will make the arrow catch on fire which can be used to clear the vines.
Once you’ve cleared the vines, navigate to the top of the watchtower, watch out for traps while going up the tower. After you reach the top, you will find a Visione Helm. You can watch the Visione’s memory fragment by navigating to the Memory Fragment on the quick menu.
If you don’t see the memory fragment option, it could be because the Visione Helm is equipped. Unequip the helm and you should see the Memory Fragment option on the quick menu.
Unravelling the Secrets of Ancient Ruins
Exiting the watchtower will trigger a cutscene with Rulupee, then you will be guided to the ancient ruins by the cat (jiji). Upon following Jiji you will reach the ancient ruins.
Now observe the fragment, by observing the fragment you will learn a new skill Nature’s Grasp, use this skill to open the ruins entrance. A puzzle is waiting for you upon entering the ruins which will Unravel the secrets of Ancient Ruins.
As you can see the giant circle is not properly aligned with the rest of them, you have to use Force Palm skill to push the circle, you have to do this a few times as pushing a circle in makes the rest push out.
Upon completing this quest, you will receive the Power of Nature from Bilwise, a friend of Rulupee.
